Every cake is made fresh to order and I will need at least one (1) month notice in advance for elaborate cakes, and two (2) weeks in advance for simple cakes and cupcakes. As mentioned in my bio, this is my hobby. I take pride in my work and everything is homemade down to the fondant (with the exception of gum paste or marzipan for custom décor).

 

All cakes are priced depending on the complexity of the order, flavor, and size. Prices listed below are base prices or a starting point for each order. For orders requiring more custom work, prices will vary.

Cakes start at $1.50 for buttercream and $3.50 for simple white fondant per slice.

Standard slice of cake versus a generous slice of cake vary different in size, so please consider the chart below as the guide I use for sizing and pricing.

For cakes or cupcakes requiring toys or a topper that needs to be purchased, either you can provide it to me at no cost, or I will purchase it myself. If you require me to purchase the toy or topper, I will include that amount in the total (this may include shipping and handling if being shipped).

 

Terms & Conditions:*

 

1.    Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. The initial deposit is a minimum of 25% of the grand total of the order and due two (2) weeks prior to event date.

2.    Full payment must be made 48 hours before event date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. Late or no payment is subject for cancellation.

3.    Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event date in order to receive a full refund with deposit; after 14 days, the deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions.

4.    No changes may be made to the order 48 hours prior to the event date.

5.    Pick up time must be two (2) hours or earlier before the event start time, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon.

6.    Delivery is available at $2.50 within a 3-mile radius. Additional mileage is $.50/mile. Delivery price may vary on larger cake orders.

7.    If you or your representative elect to pick up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Chellebelle Cakes’ possession.

8.    Chellebelle Cakes is not responsible for any damage to the cake after it has been delivered. You are     responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes may be heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal temperature of 75 degrees or below.

9.    Chellebelle Cakes reserves the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a dessert structure.

10.    Chellebelle Cakes will photograph cakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

11.    Chellebelle Cakes products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold me harmless for allergic reactions.
